Biography
I enjoy working with small and large businesses to help them establish and maintain their IP position in the marketplace. Further, I find working with individual inventors especially enjoyable. Individual inventors tend to have a lot of excitement about their invention and that energy is invigorating.
Prior to and during law school, I worked as an engineer at a Fortune 500 company. During that time, I had the opportunity to work in a variety of manufacturing and technology based roles. It was at that time that I realized what a difference innovation makes in people's lives and I knew that I wanted to be directly involved in the process.
I have substantial experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications. My technical areas of interest include a variety of mechanical and electrical arts.
