O1 visa

He is an excellent lawyer He was prompt, and extremely helpful throughout my visa process. His entire team is extremely professional truly great. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and would definitely recommend him to others for O1 petition

Excellent work

It was great working with Mike. He was thorough, professional and helpful throughout my visa processing journey as well as green card petition. Always was prompt and honest with his replies. Erica and his team were exceptional too. Mike is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to my... family and friends.

H1s, J1s, and the waiver process

Michael Jolic has been extremely helpful to both me and the residents (both J1 and H1 visa holders) that I work with at the hospital. He is always available to answer questions regarding any aspect of the visa process and never seems put off when I reach out to him for guidance. As someone who doe...s not have a legal background, Michael has been extemely helpful in teaching and explaining the processes and possible problems that may be encountered. Each year he works with me and employees to successfully file for about 30 H1 B visas (and their dependents). His filings are prompt, correct, and only twice have we received RFEs from the USCIS. As someone who deals with J1 visa holders who often seek waiver positions in the U.S., Mr. Jolic has gone above and beyond in his willingness to explain the process, review cases (even when he is not the attorney filing for the waiver), and prepare those H1 visa holders who are applying for permanent residency in what to expect during the interview. On October 8, Mr. Jolic gave a presentation to the J1 visa holders about waiver positions and the process of how to go about successfully applying for a waiver position. He patiently explained the process and answered questions during evening presentation. All of the residents who attended that evening's presentation have asked me to thank Mr. Jolic for his candor, honesty, and ability to make what can seem like an overbearing process something that is manageable. The J1 visa holders have asked that he give the talk again. He and I have discussed this and are working to find a date and time that works well for us and the audience. Also, Mr. Jolic worked closely with one of the employees who is on an H1 visa who had applied for permanent residency. He met with her and her husband and thoroughly discussed the process and prepared her for the types of questions she would be asked. Afterward she told me that he was wonderful and really helped her feel at ease during her interview because of the time he took to prepare her. Personally, speaking there are several time throughout the year that I have to call upon Mr. Jolic for clarification of specific issues. When the question is immigration related but outside the realm of his expertise (i.e. questions about J1 visas), Mr. Jolic will indicate that it is something he has to get back to me on after a bit of research. He always responds quickly and makes sure I understand the intriciacies of the law. His help has been invaluable to me and to the residents and fellows at the hospital. Even trainees who have secured a waiver position plan on contacting Mr. Jolic when it is time apply for permanent residency because of his calm and accepting demeanor. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Jolic. He and the entire office Sharon and Kalnoki have assisted me, the residents, and others at the hospital who have needed an attorney to settle an immigratin question.
