I developed an affinity for immigration law as a teenager when I volunteered as a translator for Bosnian regufees in Europe. In 1997, I immigrated to the United States and began working for a law firm focusing on immigration law. Since then, I have enjoyed the mentorship of some of the most highly respected immigration attorneys in the United States.

As an immigration attorney, I now represent a variety of clients and businesses in all aspects of imigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. I especially enjoy representing health care organizations focused on training future doctors and providing health care services to the residents in fellows as they transition from training to clinical or research work.

Michael and his team were always on top of our application. He is very level headed and a very safe player. Guided us on the right level of aggression required to get the application through with surgical precision. His team especially Andrea was very responsive. When we needed Advanve Parole on humanitarian grounds they chased our application with great zeal.

Legal advice for H1B visa for physician and Family-based Green Card
I initially consulted and hired Michael Jolic as my attorney for my H1B worker visa to come to the U.S. as a Resident Physician. He guided me through the process during the very difficult times of the Trump administration, when thousands of foreign physicians were affected by delays and denials of their visas after having matched to positions in the U.S. He was always very prudent, thorough and transparent. He managed to get my H1B visa approved, and I was able to come the U.S as an Anesthesiology Resident. He later guided me through the process of obtaining my Permanent Residency (Green Card). He is efficient and is always available when I needed him. He would answer any questions that I had through email, phone call or in person. He will provide clarity and handle your case with extreme attention to detail. I will forever be grateful to Michael. If I were to need further immigration advice in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again.

Excellent lawyer with thorough knowledge of the law and process of immigration. Very friendly, explains the steps and technical challenges in the process very well. I had a challenging case with multiple steps required before I could even apply and obtain permanent residence. During the entire process there were various hurdles including needing more documentation which was handled very professionally. Above all I found Michael very easy to approach and ask questions. Very methodical with his approach. I will strongly recommend him for all work visa and immigration related cases.

Outstanding!
After completing my graduate degree, I consulted Mr. Jolic as I navigated the H1B sponsorship process while on an OPT. Eventually, he was hired by my (now) employer in which he helped me obtain an H1B (cap-exempt) visa. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Jolic. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He patiently and thoroughly answers questions, responds promptly, and offers sound guidance. I also appreciated his clear and direct communication style and the timely updates he provided at every step of the process. Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, responsive lawyer
Michael did an amazing job as my immigration lawyer. He literally changed my life by getting my immigration change of status approved through his knowledge and hardwork. Because of Michael, I can now continue my U.S. residency and employment. I could not have asked for more! In order to change my immigration status I had to go through a very long and complicated legal process between my employer and U.S. Immigration. When we first met, Michael was patient and thorough. He explained to me exactly what to expect throughout the legal process. I knew from the start that I was in good hands. He was educated in every step of the process and was very clear with me about what had to be done which alleviated much of my anxiety. At each step, throughout my application, Michael was very fast and efficient in compiling and submitting each item necessary to move forward. Michael always kept me updated as things developed in my application. He was also incredibly responsive when I communicated a question or concern to him. Excellent Immigration lawyer
Michael was fantastic throughout my O1 visa application. At the time, I knew very little about the requirements for this (complex) visa and I was recommended to reach out to Michael from the Graduate Medical Education of my previous Institution, as he is included in their very short-list of (best) lawyers for the O1 visa. Michael did a great deal of work to make sure we had all the evidence required, helped me with the letters of support and answered a number of questions (both phone and email) literally at any time of the day. On top of that, you totally feel he offers an honest and personalized service for a fair cost (not pricy). The entire process - including waiting for a USCIS decision - lasted approximately 7 weeks, which is pretty good for the O. The best review I can give is that I will have Michael helping me in the future whenever necessary and I feel it´s only fair to share this with others that might be looking for a very, very good lawyer to help you, especially if you are looking for an O. In summary, if you need a very solid immigration lawyer to work on O1, Michael is your guy.

Awesome visa attorney
Attorney Jolic did awesome work on my H1B case. Clear explanation of everything that need for application. He's always online and respond my emails so quickly.
