H1B Case

Michael has done a tremendous job in my H1B Case. My first petition was denied because of attorney's mistake, and I had to find somebody who will fix it. I talked to different immigration lawyers and I am very happy that Michael took my case. First of all, he is very professional and knowledgeable, ...and knows exactly what will work. The process was very smooth and everything happened exactly how he planned it. His strategy is like a chess game and he always thinks couple steps in advance. I highly recommend this firm to all my friends. Once again, thank you very much for great work and effort!

Saw me through my H-1B

Michael played a key role through my H1-B process. 1. He is very specific about what he needs and always provides clear instructions. Does not leave any room for ambiguity. 2. Relocation Processing and Consultation

Michael Jolic was appointed by my company to handle my Visa application and later the application for my permanent resident card after I was relocated from Germany to the USA. Michael was extremely responsive and supportive during these times, he was not only processing the applications quickly and ...very diligently, he was also able to explain specifically difficult legal details in a way that I could understand them. He had me and my paperwork perfectly prepared for my interviews and went above and beyond to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible during these stressful times.

Outstanding!

I have known Mike when he was still a paralegal. He was working under an immigration lawyer in the late 1990s. He was outstanding in every facet. He kept us up to date, was very pro-active and responsive. He always did all that he promised to do and then some. My calls were always answered within ...1 day and often within an hour! There was a time when I called immigration, talked to 3 different "officers" and got 3 different answers. I got of hold of Mike and it turns out all 3 "officers" were wrong!!! When he moved to another lawyer's office, we moved our contract to his new employer's office all because of him! We know we've got a good paralegal and knew we had to stick with him. Now that he is a full fledged lawyer, he continues to exemplify what a lawyer should be. He is THE gold standard and I will stay with him as long as possible.
