Kevin Michael Tracy

Kevin M. Tracy is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 25 years legal immigration experience. Mr. Tracy was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, attended college in Massachusetts and is an honorably discharged veteran from the United States Air Force.

Mr. Tracy is married to his childhood sweetheart Carolin, and together they have two sons, Michael and Craig. Mr. Tracy has been married for 41 years.

Mr. Tracy attended Western State University College of Law, now renamed Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He graduated in 1981.

Mr. Tracy specializes in all areas of immigration, including family based petitions, Fiancé petitions, all types of business visas including H1B, H2A, PERM ( Labor Certification ). E2 Treaty Investor, EB5 ( million dollar visa). Student visa’s as well as Applications for Naturalization ( Citizenship ) and Deportation Defense. He has recently been actively involved in securing employment authorization for children who are in high school, graduated from high school, and are presently in college or attending school to obtain their GED.

Mr. Tracy has one goal when he meets with individuals, and that is to help them in any way he can and to thoroughly explain the legal strategies he will employ to help them in their transition to becoming legal. His only interest is to protect the client as best he can.
