I have been a practicing attorney for 21 years. I have two major specialties. First, I specialize in wills, trusts, and estates, including estate planning and drafting, as well as probate and trust administration. My other speciality is assisting and representing people who have been wrongfully denied medical and/or disability benefits, either under group plans through employment or individually-purchased policies. Landmark Ninth Circuit cases include Lang v. Standard Insurance Co., Walker v. UNUM, and others.

I have never had any complaints in my 21 years of practice to any federal, state, county or local bar association, and have never had a claim presented to my malpractice carrier. I have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for at least 11 years with no complaints and have earned their highest "A+" rating.

We beleve in providing a very high level of personal attention to our clients, and are happy to provide client recommendations upon request. In addition, I can arrange for my attorney colleagues to speak with any potential client about me.  

We also care about our community, and volunteer with the Patient Advocate Foundation as well as the Multiple Sclerosis Society, providing free advice and occassional lectures about protecting your legal rights when denied a valid health or disability claim.
