Howard created a revocable living trust for my family in 2004 and for my uncle's family in 2008 (I was the 1st successor trustee). In 2009, my uncle was incapacitated and passed several months later. Howard did a great job assisting and advising me with the administration of the trust. He prep...ared a certification of trust that I used several times with various financial institutions, pension providers, etc., to quickly gain access to and control of trust assets. He created a schedule of important action items and dates to help me navigate the critical 3 to 4 months after my uncle’s passing. For example: lodging the original pour-over Will, creating an EIN (Tax ID) for the trust and contacting the CPA. We communicated on a regular basis and agreed on which tasks each of us would perform. He was always available and helpful when I had questions. Howard prepared all the transfer documents in connection with the distribution of the trust and communicated with the trust beneficiaries.
