Hiring Matt was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After a terrible experience with another law firm, I was very hesitant and untrusting in my search for a new lawyer to handle my divorce. I consulted with several, however, once I sat down with Matt, I knew he was my guy. He was honest, upfron...t, confident and professional all while being extremely genuine and down to earth. Ultimately, Matt was able to negotiate the final terms of the divorce to include the custody and transportation agreement as I requested it, lowered child support and alimony, and a fair division of property, assets and debts. Looking for a lawyer can be a daunting task. We all know that having the right lawyer by your side will give you the confidence needed to navigate through a divorce, especially a difficult one. Matt’s exceptional negotiation skills, prompt communication, professionalism, and excellent track record make him the clear choice. My divorce may be final, but the battle is far from over. I was back and forth from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Diego County for Family Court back in 2013 caught up in a "jurisdiction" issue and was informed that I need to hire an attorney in the area. After meeting with Mr. Mesnik I felt confident in his abilities to represent me in my case and retained him i...mmediately. When we went to court, the judge claimed it was a "jurisdiction" issue again and had to start over at no fault to Mr. Mesnik (just the judge dropping the ball). The one thing I will say is that Matt is VERY knowledgeable, aggressive, and was glad he was my attorney. Mr. Mesnik was more than willing to answer questions in a timely manner and kept my cost to a minimum! If ever need an attorney in San Diego County again, I'll be looking Matt up! ML

Having dealt with Courts/Attorney's for over 10 yrs, I did not have much faith in many. For the longest time I thought, I could go PROPER and just do fine... until I witnessed Mr. Mesnik in court, helping one of his existing clients... dealing with opposing Attorney. Mr. Mesnik left quite an impressi...on on me the way he handled the arguments and presented facts. Rest his history... I waited outside of the courthouse and after talking to him decided to retain his services to handle my case. He has an amazing way of dealing with complicated issues. Most importantly when the going got tough, he always assured me with a calm and composed smile of the best outcome... Indeed!
