Dan has assisted my family on multiple occasions for many years now beginning with the settling of my grandmother’s estate upon her passing, to helping us form an LLC for the protection of our investment properties, to aiding some other family members with Trust-related matters. My husband and I plan...

Dan is a former colleague of mine harking back to the early 90s. Recently, I hired him to draft a trust for myself and my husband as well as a special needs trust for our son. Dan has an excellent command of the law in this area and a comforting, friendly, warm rapport with the client. If you need...

Dan was referred to us by our accountant for our corporation. He came out to our business and went over everything we were interested in doing. Dan first helped us with our family trust which he carefully went over with us, so that we had a clear understanding of what we were signing. Now that we hav...

In an effort to lower our mortgage interest rate, my husband and I decided to remove my name from the deed of our house. Last January, my husband unexpectedly passed away. I was unable to locate my husband's will, so I turned to Dan Morrin to assist me in my petition for sole ownership of my home. Mr...
"I endorse this lawyer. I've know Dan professionally for 30 years. We have worked together on litigation matters and I have referred him clients that need estate planning services. Dan is extremely competent and serves his clients well."
"A little over 20 years ago, my parents worked with Dan Morrin to create an estate plan. They owned a manufacturing company with approximately 100 employees. Their concern was to preserve their assets and to keep the company viable after their deaths. The problem they faced was the confiscatory 55% estate tax. Dan created an estate plan to discount the amount of estate taxes. When my father died in 2009, the estate taxes became due. Because of the estate plan and Dan’s skillful negotiations with the IRS, the estate taxes were substantially decreased. Without his knowledge and efforts, over half of my parents’ estate would have been lost to the government. Dan was also able to work out with the IRS a 15 year plan for me to pay off the estate taxes. Without this and the estate tax reduction, I would have had to close the company and sell off the assets to pay the IRS. I and many employees whose jobs were saved are very thankful to Dan."
"I consider it an honor and a privilege to endorse Daniel Morrin. Dan is a friend and a colleague, and I would recommend his firm to anyone who asked. He is a great attorney, and an even better person. I truly enjoy knowing Dan Morrin, and I wish him and his practice nothing but success."
"I have known Mr. Morrin for several years now, and I find him to be a very hard working, caring, capable and experienced Estate Planning Attorney. I endorse this lawyer's work without hesitation!"
