My young family was in a car accident recently. Thankfully, our injuries were not severe. However, we had to deal with a severely damaged car, minor injuries to my wife and I and the stress of dealing with our two boys (both under the age of 4) who were certainly shaken by the experience. After so...me initial back and forth with the insurance company on my own, the insurance adjuster made its "final" offer of payment.
