Julia Marie Williams

Ms. Williams’ practice focuses on estate planning, with a concentration in business succession planning and helping families with children plan for the future.  Ms. Williams also assists clients with trust administration and probate proceedings for those who have lost loved ones.

In conjunction with her business succession planning, Ms. Williams also assists local entrepreneurs with forming corporate entities and setting up all of the corporate formalities necessary to keep businesses protected.  Ms. Williams also prepares various contracts for these corporate clients, essentially operating as outside general counsel.  Ms. Williams has plans for local small businesses for set hours to make general counsel services more affordable.

Ms. Williams began her career at a prominent shareholder rights firm.  Ms. Williams has played a vital role in obtaining millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of both corporations and shareholders injured by corporate fiduciaries.  Ms. Williams also has extensive experience crafting corporate governance and internal business policies.  She uses this litigation experience to ensure that corporate clients are well-protected from liability in litigation.
