Last week, my husband and I hired Brian to prepare our family's trust documents. Our first interactions with his staff regarding preparing our paperwork were very pleasant and helpful. When we met with Brian at his office in La Jolla, we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of parking and finding ...his office. We were greeted by the receptionist and waited less than 5 minutes to meet with him. We were offered coffee and our appointment started right on time and ended at the time that was proposed (very helpful when you have a babysitter at home!) Brian had all of our documents already prepared and bound in a leather binder. He thoroughly presented and explained each part of the trust documents. He also offered to remain available should we have any additional questions/concerns in the future. We also appreciated that he had a staff member notarize the documents during the meeting. We left our meeting very impressed with Brian's professionalism, knowledge and pleasant demeanor. We have since recommended his services to multiple family members and friends. I would definitely recommend Brian Alexander.
