The vision in my right eye was permanently damaged by an ophthalmologist who decided to skip an important test. Ms. Trucchi found an error my medical records that had prevented my legal case from moving forward. We corrected the error, and my case just settled for a significant amount. Ms. Trucc...hi found and fixed the error because she listened to me when I said they hadn't performed the important test. After that it was fairly easy to prove they hadn't performed the test. She understands the motivations of each player in the negotiation, which is very helpful in trying to reach a fair settlement. So, I highly recommend Ms. Trucchi for personal injury cases.
