This lawyer took my Personal injury case in 2011, then in 2013 she could not continue due to a medical reason. Rather than keep the case within the firm, they had me sign paperwork to be my own lawyer and referred me to some PI Atty in Los Angeles, 120 miles away. The vision in my right eye was permanently damaged by an ophthalmologist who decided to skip an important test. Ms. Trucchi found an error my medical records that had prevented my legal case from moving forward. We corrected the error, and my case just settled for a significant amount. She quickly recalculated my net settlement after each offer, so I always knew where I stood. And, more importantly, she knows the psychology of the negotiation. She understands the motivations of each player in the negotiation, which is very helpful in trying to reach a fair settlement. So, I highly recommend Ms. Trucchi for personal injury cases.
