Dependable and Knowledgeable Immigration Attorney

My employer engaged the services of Attorney Ekaterina (Kate) Powell for employment visa (H1 B) to Green Card (Permanent Residency). Kate explained to us step by step of how the process goes. She first started applying for H1B as I was joining my employer from a previous company. H1 B was a success. ...No RFE. We then proceeded to applying for Employer based Green Card. We started from PERM (getting the prevailing wage, advertising, recruiting etc.) to finally getting the Green Card in a total of 16 months. No hiccups. All through this process, Kate kept us updated with our case status. She would quickly respond to e-mail questions in a couple of hours. Her answers were precise and easily understandable. Her patience and knowledge made us feel the process being very smooth. There were no charges for any questions asked unlike other Attorneys who would charge for any correspondence. Immigration process would have never been easier had it been with the help and guidance from Kate. I would recommend anyone going through the tedious immigration process to engage the services of Kate. She is worth every dollar you'll spend on her and would you will never regret.

Committed and thorough professional!

We worked with Kate as part of Jacob Sapochnick's law office team. Kate was very logical in her approach and one of the key highlights was she was thorough in understanding what immigration required and making sure we worked towards providing the same. Her understanding of immigration laws is appreci...able. She has been very supportive, responsive and clear in all communication!

H1B Succcess: A Very Satisfactory Experience

The best lawyer I've worked with! I'm very thrilled to finally get my H1-B approved after an RFE notice was sent for my case. Great immigration attorney

I had a very successful experience working with Ekaterina Powell on my Green Card basic on marriage case. We came for help after previous denial, so it wasn't just ordinary case. Ekaterina was a very pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. She was helpful on eac...h step of our way to prepare documents and step up for us on a immigration interview. Smart Brain and Warm Heart

My H1B and Green Card were worked with the law office of Jacob sapochnick and they were approved without any audit, RFE, or delay. I’m very picky, skeptical, hyper cautious in everything, and not allow any mistake to anyone especially the immigration issues. Ekaterina(Kate) worked for my H1B. She wa...s an awesome person and the best warm-hearted lawyer with smart brain I have ever met. She is very thorough, efficient, well- organized, and detail oriented. At the moment, it was very frustrating for me to deal with the immigration process. I asked a ton of questions and bothered her to much with my worries; however, she never skipped my concerns. She answered, done my case, and resolved my concerns promptly and perfectly with all her heart and soul and even gave more information than I expected. She understands clients’ mind and worries better than any others and her job is incredibly flawless and perfect. Without premium processing, my H1B was approved in 2months. When I looked at my H1B packet, I was so impressed again by her details and preparation without any mistake or missing. I was not afraid of any immigration process as long as I went with her.
