Had a Exhibition of Speed ticket that was considered a "misdemeanor" and I did not take it seriously. I eventually came to conclusion that I needed to hire an attorney. Having Pablo being my first attorney was quite a good experience. He explained everything we had to do to accomplish what was best for me and how to get out of my ticket. He is good over phone and over email. The final outcome was that I got out of my ticket. I was so relieved and satisfied with my experience with Pablo. I would definitely recommend him in the future to others with common tickets such as mine. Thank you!

Attorney Fabian was so great I can't say enough to express our happiness. He and his office staff handled every aspect of our case with honest, personal, and professional service. We only had to meet with Attorney Fabian once and then everything else was handled over the phone or email. The price was very reasonable and he was able to get all charges dropped. The coolest thing is that they set up a private account that updates whenever anything changes. The whole experience was amazing!

I received a ticket while visiting in town due to my father having a stroke. My nephew told me to contact him as he has helped him before. I was impressed with the professionalism of the firm and the information that was given to me when I called. They made everything easy for me and I did not have to appear in court. Im happy to say that the ticket was dismissed and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend.

I have employed Mr. Fabian on three different occasions. Twice on traffic ticket cases where he fought for me as if I were facing the death penalty. Successful dismissals on both tickets. Very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of traffic tickets and regularly kept me informed of what was happening with my cases.
I also used Mr. Fabians services for a civil matter. I was injured in a traffic accident. He was awesome in his arguments and negotiation with the stingy insurance company. In the end he settled my case for much more than I could imagine.
Thoroughly satisfied with his services and would highly recommend Mr. Fabian to anyone looking for trustworthiness and integrity in a lawyer.

    Beware of verdict misrepresentation

After this firm lost the case with no betterment of my situation, I was informed as follows:

"They were prepared with diagrams showing your vehicles movement and were ready to testify that they had a clear and unobstructed view of the alleged [speeding] violation which would allow them to prove the violation beyond a reasonable doubt.

However, we were able to convince the Officer to amend the charge to California Vehicle Code 16028A [no proof of insurance], which is a non point violation. Congratulations!"

Initial charges were speeding, no proof of insurance, and tinted front windows. I had insurance at the time so this charge was of course dismissed with a $25 clerical fee.

Based on this firm's statement quoted above, either the speeding ticket was amended to the no proof of insurance charge, or the no proof of insurance charge was amended to itself. Either way, I WAS convicted of the speeding AND tinted window ticket. Nothing was amended, I got a point on my record, paid the government $547, plus this firm's steep $199 attorney fee.

Losing the ticket is not my point of contention, it is the installation of false hope in a client with no attempt to make amends.

Pablo Ivan Fabian’s response: “Daniel I want to personally apologize to you on behalf of the firm. After reading this review I went back to review the file and it appears that our case manager-who was only at the firm for a few days when she updated you-sent the wrong information to you, which we later corrected and contacted you to explain the result in plain terms. Our firm prides ourselves on excellent client communication and we fell short on your case. Had we known that you felt this strongly after we explained the honest mistake, I am sure we would have been able to make amends as we want all of our clients to feel as ease with the work we perform. Any miscommunication made was not intentional, nor would we ever try and misrepresent a certain result.”

    Posted by a Appeals client

I hired him to challenge a $300 ticket that ended up costing me nearly $1000. After advising me not to appear, he blamed the loss on the fact that I did not appear. But I did attend in the audience & was shocked to find he gave no defense at all. I was the only person represented by an attorney who lost that afternoon; all the other tickets were dismissed. He admitted in writing that I had provided far more info than most clients, but he failed to use any of it. The next day, I asked him to take remedial steps even though the case was taken under submission. He agreed to file an appeal if I lost but failed to tell me that the statute of limitations for an appeal was 30 days. A week after the statute ran, he told me the judge had ruled against me on all counts. I asked him to file the promised appeal which he did. A month later, he told me I would have to locate & pay an appellate attorney because my appeal was dismissed due to its untimely filing.

Pablo Ivan Fabian’s response: “I believe that all my clients should have their day in Court. I believe under the circumstances given I did provide zealous advocacy to Ms. Stretton in the form of cross examination and argument. The case was taken under submission by the judge after hearing argument and I also notified the Judge that Ms. Stretton had an excuse for originally failing to appear provided in her voluminous written correspondence to the court and that the correspondence in the moot ADA motions submitted by her would guide the court in its determination. The Court did not notify my office of the decision until after the 30 day appeal period for which I authored a declaration supporting good cause to waive the 30 day requirement. I provided this to the client and advised her to seek the help of an appellate attorney.”

The best San Diego attorney that money can buy! I've always been skeptical when it comes to attorneys. Pablo handled my criminal case and was alway just a phone call away when ever I had questions or concerns. He gave me his cell phone number. How awesome is that?

I wasn't sure how to handle the questions my work had. Pablo drafted a letter to my boss and described the situation and potential outcome. My boss stopped asking me questions and I was able to keep my job.

I have never recommended anyone before, but Pablo was so professional and truly got my case dismissed. I couldn't ask for more.

I refer all my friends to Pablo now. Thanks again.
