Replied last March 06, 2019I believe that all my clients should have their day in Court. I believe I did provide zealous advocacy on Ms. Stretton case in the form of vigorous cross examination and argument. I defended the case and the judge commended my effort and my argument for her failure to appear. The case was taken under submission by the judge after hearing argument. The Court did not notify my office of the decision until after the 30 day appeal period for which I authored a declaration supporting good cause to waive the 30 day requirement. I provided this to the client and advised her to seek the help of an appellate attorney.
