About Alisha
Biography
Alisha A. Wood received a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas,
Fayetteville in 2005. Ms. Wood attended law school at Whittier Law School in Orange
County, CA where she received her law degree. During her time in law school she served on the Executive Honors Boards of both the Moot Court Team and the Mock Trial Team.
As a competitor, she was a regional semi-finalist twice and was invited to compete at a
competition in Europe. She also completed an Intellectual Property Fellowship through the law school. Ms. Wood has worked with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Wood is licensed to practice law in all the California state courts and the United States District Court, Southern District. Ms. Wood was nominated and selected as one of San Diego’s Top Young Attorneys for 2013. She was also nominated at a Top Influential
in San Diego. Ms. Wood is California’s only NCDD (National College of DUI Defense)
State Delegate.
