Just wanted to say how very excellent Yvonne was in handling all aspects of my case. Throughout the entire lengthy, (lots of paperwork, etc), process, I always felt at ease, knowing that every detail was being handled with professional expertise. At times I was nervous and asked many questions, bu...t they were always quickly answered, and I was never made to feel like any of my questions were either too numerous or too small for them to quickly answer. When there were complex questions I was always able to reach Yvonne by telephone, as well as email. As my case was progressing, there was even extra thought given to legally proceeding in a particular fashion so as to maximize the chance of the intended outcome. This i thought was very impressive and spoke to their deep knowledge of the complexity of U.S. immigration law. My wife is a US citizen and I am a recently approved US permanent resident! Upon searching for an immigration lawyer online, i came across Mr. Holmes. He had some good reviews so i discussed it with my husband and we decided to use him. After paying our fees, we were emailed the relevant paper work from his paralegal to be completed and returned to him. We did as was told a...nd our petition started in mid August 2014. In early September we received a letter from USCIS with appointment for biometrics. After completing that i got my Employment Authorization Card in late November. Early December, i received another letter from USCIS with our interview date set for early January. We went and the interview and was successful! Green card was sent in the mail about a week after. Each time we got a letter from USCIS the paralegal that works with Mr. Holmes would email us to ensure we received the letters and is preparing for whatever that was scheduled which was very professional.
