Patrick R. Hollingsworth earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009, and has since brought a fresh outlook to the family’s practice. Would recommend
Hired Mr. Hollingsworth for a severe back injury in 2017. He always returned my calls promptly and explained what what happening during this difficult time. I eventually settled my case for six figures and was very happy with the outcome of my case. Would recommend 10/10

Class act
Patrick handled my case very well, we received more that expected in the settlement and I really had very little to do. A few trip to the doctors office and I was done. I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone pursuing a WC or injury claim.

I hired Patrick reluctantly as I thought my Workers Comp case was straight forward and I thought the settlement was fair. After consulting with Patrick i realized that the insurance company, and my former employer were taking complete advantage of me and the paper work they wanted me to sign was essentially relinquishing my rights. After that explanation I had Patrick help me and he did an excellent job in representing me PROPERLY! I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Great experience, doubled my settlement
I'll start by saying Patrick was fantastic to work with. He was really easy to talk to and had all the bases covered when dealing with doctors and court filings. My work injury claim was going nowhere he was able to work with the insurance company and more than double the original offer. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing workers comp or injury legal assistance.

Personal and Reliable Service
I have consulted with other lawyers about important issues only to feel like they were more interested in how much money was in it for them. Patrick is different. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns before advising me what we could do to make my situation better. When I called his office, I was able to reach him on his personal cell phone or I would get a call back within a day. When I needed him most, he was there with practical advice and he told me what he thought in a way I could understand it. I feel like the Hollingsworths could help other people the way they helped me - by listening to what I had to say. Competent hard working lawyer
Mr. Hollingsworth assisted me with my work comp. case when I retired in 2013 after 35 years of service. I had heart, digestive and various work injuries that required life long care. He was able to get me a excellent settlement and kept me informed through the whole process. I highly recommend him to my Fire and Law enforcement brothers.

Patrick was very professional. When I first contacted him about my worker's compensation case he explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions in a clear and easy to understand manner. All this was done before I had hired him. I did hire him to represent me and every time I called with questions or concerns, he always responded personally and within 24 hours. I dealt with him always and never a paralegal. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
