Biography
I practice Civil Litigation, including suing companies that violate Federal law by spam texting, robo-dialing cell phone harassment; debt collector harrasment which are violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, (“TCPA”), debt collector harassment; Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Products Liability.
I have never and do not now represent insurance companies, debt collectors, banks or credit card corporations.
Member of the Bars of Missouri, California, both Federal and State, New York state, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. Over the past 30+ years, I have represented exclusively injured plaintiffs and consumers and tried numerous jury trials to verdict in the State and Federal courts and has represented clients in the State and Federal Courts, courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. I have also represented hundreds of claimants in claims in front of the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Workers Compensation.
