I have a broad transactional practice that focuses on representing businesses and their owners as their outside general counsel counseling them on a wide range of legal matters including their personal estate planning and asset protection.

On the business and corporate side of my practice, I am an invaluable resource to businesses and their owners by offering practical advice and efficient solutions on quick turnaround times because I understand the needs of small business owners and managers. I have substantial experience advising businesses on corporate structuring, corporate governance, asset and stock sales, contract negotiation, contract drafting, employment law matters, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, commercial real estate transactions, and dispute resolution.

On the estate planning and asset protection side of my practice, I enjoy working with all types of clients whether young, old, rich or poor. I believe in the value that estate planning can provide to all of my clients. For high-net worth clients, estate planning can minimize taxes and maximize asset protection. For other clients, estate planning avoids probate and provides an efficient administration of an estate to save clients and their family money by minimizing disputes and maximizing the assets left to be distributed to your loved ones. I have significant experience with domestic revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts, as well as foreign asset protection trusts in the Cook Islands and Nevis.
