I had the misfortune of becoming unknowingly romantically involved with a guy who has bipolar disorder. Throughout the course of the relationship I discovered he lied about his employment and licensure status and misled me about his true intentions with me. Kevin persuaded him to agree to no contact permanently in exchange for each of us releasing the other from any further liability. My ex and I signed a settlement agreement. The judge did not extend the TRO and it expired. I feel reassured to have a top-notch attorney in my corner should this unstable ex pop up and try to contact me in the future.
