Ms Turner was retailed to assist my daughter , grand daughter & myself in a lawsuit against the owners of our home we are renting. This was the recommendation of the city. We were told by the city that there was wrongful wiring of the heaters. We were told we were living in a house at risk for fire... damage. The kitchen floor was saturated with water leaking from the refrigerator & the dish washer causing a hazard for falls, black mold in the walls which have caused 3 different people to move after reporting this. There was no attempt to clear this mold so it still remains. These were the reasons we asked for these issues to be fixed immediately. These issues were in our law suit. I was told not to be in court. They didn’t need me. I wanted to attend because I’m a good listener. Court is over. I have asked Ms Turner on several occasions for information about these issues we have great concern about and the reason we were in court. I still have not received any explanation. I am being told I need to pay more money by Monday or they will remove me by Sunday. Where’s your decency? What happened in this court hearing?????

We hired Janis Turner to help with a case involving a very sensitive matter. Based on the review guidelines, I can't say any more. What a horrible attorney she is!! Janis Turner fouled up our cases TWICE. Because of her stupidity, our case was "dismissed with prejudice" against us. Even after t...he case was dismissed with prejudice, she still filed another lawsuit a year later! She lied to us for 3 years, and we only found out how poorly she handled the case when we got a copy of the case file ourselves from the court.
