The Attorney you NEED to Defend your Nursing License

Mrs Brady is an absolute professional. Communication was excellent. Her Wisdom and expertise is evident. She guided me in with very specific instructions in defense of my Nursing license. With her knowledge and experience we were able to obtain a dismissal of accusations against my License. I cannot ...thank Mrs Brady enough for her Assistance during a very stressful experience. I don't believe I could managed this without her Assurances and guidance throughout this process. who you Hire DOES matter. thanks again Elizabeth Brady for everything you have done for me and my family. I can now move forward with my Nursing license free and clear and can continue to do the Job God created me to do.

Board of Nursing

I was falsely accused of diverting controlled substances as a travel RN after failing to waste with a witness. This was the first time I needed to obtain counsel in my life and I interviewed many. I ended up retaining Elizabeth because I was impressed with her education, experience, and overall famil...iarity in dealing with the BON. With her guidance, she prepared as according to the DAG, "a pretty significant" mitigation package. She highlighted my entire career, accomplishments, volunteer work, and argued persuasively on my behalf. She addressed how the facility had many systems failures, poor training, poor management, and within 2 days I was relieved to receive a letter of reprimand! I was honestly fearing probation but felt I didn't deserve such a harsh punishment. I am forever grateful for her hard work in achieving the best possible outcome for my case; she even avoided a costly hearing. If you are facing an issue with the BON, I highly recommend her. She truly will try to get you the best possible outcome!! She really walks you through each step and advises you what your options are. I communicated with her primarily through email and I greatly appreciated how she would notify me prior to submitting any document; I was always informed in what was happening with my case. I am now able to move forward and apply for my nurse practitioner license without concern. Thank you Elizabeth!

Great Attorney!

I was facing a CSLB accusation seeking revocation of my contractors license for a felony conviction. Mrs. Brady was attentive, responsive to communication, and thorough. She worked with me to put together a sparkling mitigation package for submission to the Attorney General. I personally expected ...some sort of disciplinary or fine. About two weeks before the board hearing we received notification from the Attorney General that the CSLB had completely withdrawn the accusation with zero bad marks on my license! This is an unprecedented outcome! I highly recommend Elizabeth Brady and Sam Spital if you are facing an accusation or are being denied a license in California.

Top-Notch Class & Professionalism

I hired Ms. Brady to address various needs regarding clinical practice and the state licensing board. Ms. Brady addressed my concerns and issues with the utmost attention and care over the course of several months, which contributed directly to positive outcomes related to my practice. She put in ext...ra work that I believe would not have been done had I hired a different attorney. I will be retaining Ms. Brady for any of my legal needs in the future and highly suggest her services for licensed healthcare professionals.

Very attentive

I retained Elizabeth as I face the Board of Registered Nursing and possibility of losing my license. She has been nothing but kind, informative and proactive in my defense. She is easy to communicate with as well which is very important to me. Highly recommend. She seems to do everything she can and ...has a lot of energy for her clients. Will recommend her to other nurses if faced this situation.
