Outstanding experience

What a scary experience to have your livelihood at risk. Elizabeth was amazing. She knows her stuff and the environment in which we were dealing with. She guided me through defending my RN/NP license and truly saved my family from a potential crisis. Thank you Elizabeth!

Professional and top notch license defense attorney

When I contacted Spital and Elizabeth, I was recovering from what was perhaps the lowest point in my professional career. I had just begun to put my life back together when I received news I was now under investigation by the Medical Board. I cannot begin to describe how devastating, anxiety-provok...ing, and hopeless it felt to feel as though you are about to lose everything you worked so hard to achieve. It had taken such a great deal of effort to rebuild my life and the investigation made me doubt I deserved another chance. Elizabeth helped me to believe in myself and provided what I believe to be the best legal representation given my circumstances. She answered all of my questions, gave me realistic outlooks, and really did a phenomenal job navigating through the investigation. She utilized an effective strategy that has given me the best chance at having a good outcome. I know other colleagues under investigation that, after hearing my case, felt their legal representation was not nearly as good. Here are some examples of accomplishments Elizabeth was able to achieve: I did not have to do an interview with the investigator, I did not have to provide my medical records, I had my health evaluation occur over 1 yr since investigation, any action from the investigation was deferred for over 1.5 yrs. She also put together a very strong, persuasive, well written mitigation package that clearly had a lot of thought and effort put into it. I may not have a legal background however I was incredibly impressed at the quality and persuasiveness of the package. These accomplishments are NOT guaranteed by simply having an attorney. They are accomplished by someone who is a true experienced professional. Be aware that hiring Elizabeth does not guarantee that all your problems will go away, or that you are guaranteed the best outcome. The work is mutual, you need to put in the same, if not more, effort as she does. You need to push yourself to do the uncomfortable. But if you listen to her advice and do what is asked of you, you can rest assured that she is doing everything she can to give you the best representation regardless of the circumstances behind your case. I could not have asked for better representation and I am so grateful that I had Elizabeth as my attorney.

Outstanding Attorney!

I received excellent advice from Elizabeth. My license was saved from disciplinary action by the Medical Board. She believed in me from the start after reviewing my case. Elizabeth thoroughly reviewed my case and my practice history; therefore, she was able to provide me with helpful advice. She ...was organized and detail oriented. She responded to my questions and concerns with thoughtful recommendations and compassion. Together, we were able to achieve the best possible outcome without any probation and without having to attend a hearing. Elizabeth was easy to contact and accessible. She was always respectful. Without any hesitation, I can highly recommend Elizabeth!

Excellent Nursing Board Lawyer

Elizabeth aided me in getting the best possible outcome in my case with the with the California State Board of Nursing. She was very thorough and quickly sent me specific guidelines as to what I needed to present to the Board. She knows what the board needed to see from me and her representation on m...y behalf was excellent. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and a fantastic lawyer. I would highly recommend her.
