Excellent Representation

Ms. Brady provided representation in an acupuncturist license related case. She was thorough in her approach, answered all the posed questions, provided exceptional representation and professional through the entire process. What stood out about Ms. Brady is that you can tell she was confident in her... ability to navigate through the system and remained steadfast in her approach rather than allowing the system or circumstances impact her thought-process and strategy. Make no mistake though, she clearly had the expertise to shift/pivot at any time and this was evident through her various explanations and anticipated action plan. Ms. Brady's competent representation played critical role in protection of my license and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

Nurse Practitioner

Elizabeth served as my legal council for an accusation the BRN had filed against my RN, NP, and NPF licenses. From the moment Elizabeth and I had became acquainted, she was professional and made me feel like I was her priority. Elizabeth worked tirelessly on preparing documents and gathering inform...ation for my mitigation package. She provided guidance and offered advice that ensured me that she had my best interest at heart. Elizabeth was readily available for any question I had, no matter how big or small it may have been. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the tools to make the best informed decision. Elizabeth's dedication to her practice and commitment to her work was evident throughout her involvement in my case. She was kind, caring and I felt as though she really cared for me and believed in me. The outcomes of this case was even better than we had hoped. I am eternally grateful for her commitment to excellence, her attention to detail and her character! I look forward to continuing my career as an advanced practice registered nurse.

Extremely happy

I am very thankful for what Elizabeth has done for me. When I came across a bump in my career, I was able to hire Elizabeth to help me through the process with an accusation. She worked very hard to get me the best possible outcome. I AVOIDED PROBATION. She was always prompt in her responses and... was very clear about my options. She worked extra hours that she may not have needed to because she believed in me and that I was not deserving of it. I was comforted knowing Elizabeth’s knowledge of our state licensing board and how they handle accusations. Her preparation was amazing and she went above and beyond for me. I am thankful to have found her.

She provided me with other sources to help build a very strong case from professionals whom are just as competent as Mrs. Brady is. Beyond the professional behavior and competence I was brought to tears at her kindness toward me. Without going into detail, I never had any contact with her beyond phone calls or emails that were directly related to the case. Still, she was able to demonstrate that she cared not only about my client but about me as a person. I could go on but if your in need of someone now end your search and hire Elizabeth from Sam's team. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly, and strongly recommend Elizabeth Brady if you have to have someone fight for you. Ricardo Garcia

Outstanding Attorney!

I received excellent advice from Elizabeth. My license was saved from disciplinary action by the Medical Board. She believed in me from the start after reviewing my case. Elizabeth thoroughly reviewed my case and my practice history; therefore, she was able to provide me with helpful advice. She ...was organized and detail oriented. She responded to my questions and concerns with thoughtful recommendations and compassion. Together, we were able to achieve the best possible outcome without any probation and without having to attend a hearing. Elizabeth was easy to contact and accessible. She was always respectful. Without any hesitation, I can highly recommend Elizabeth!
