Lillian Michelle Loeffler

Lillian exclusively practices in the area of family law and all related aspects. She speaks fluent Spanish. She compassionately helps families during very difficult times. Her experience helps her to understand the stress, frustration, and emotional conflict her clients and their families deal with during litigation. She is very sensitive to what children are exposed to during a separation, divorce, and parental custody disputes. She is passionate in addressing the needs of her clients and ensuring they receive the best legal representation.

Lillian’s extensive experience allows her to approach the legal process with sensitivity and cooperation. She has experience in both the private and public sector of the law and dedicates a substantial amount of time to at-risk youth programs, domestic violence victims, and various other local nonprofit organizations. Lillian is a trained Frontline Professional in Domestic Violence Essentials from the San Diego Domestic Violence Council.

Lillian graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with honors including the Wiley Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Prior to law school, she attended Mount St. Mary’s University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Pre-law studies.

Lillian is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyer’s Club of San Diego, South Bay Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Women of Color in the Law. Lillian is an active committee member of the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego Community Outreach Committee. She serves as the legal chair for the San Diego Domestic Violence City Council.

Lillian takes pride in being the mother of two boys. When she is not working, she spends as much quality time with her two boys and her husband.
