About a year and a half ago we hired Thomas C Nelson to modify our upside down loan with a predatory lender. We had just dealt with a predatory law firm that almost took our money with a phoney foreclosure rescue program just before hiring Tom Nelson.Tom also had charged us 21,000 dollars to file a ...predatory lender lawsuit against the loan servicer at the time. Well our house finally got auctioned off to another bank we got sued by the opposing attorney from the new bank owner and now were about to get kicked out of our house in a couple days by the sheriffs department.This attorney made no effort to stop the foreclosure process didn't even warn us ahead of time when to move out, which is pretty much is going to leave us out on the street.Didn't even file a law suit when he should of. Very hard to reach and never kept us informed concerning the case in writing or verbal.I beleive this attorney seriosly needs to be closely monitored by the state bar.

He dropped the ball on getting us a modification, we lost our house of 28 years. He told us we had a case against the lender would file a suit on our behalf never happened. We paid him over 21,000.00 dollars and want we got was 3 bankruptcy filings so he can gain more time to file our lawsuit that n...ever happened. And he siad the filing would not affect our credit it just a stall procedure so he can have more time. Wrong hit ruined us. Two years never saw a paper from him never recived any documetation that he even was working on our case after many many reqeust. In a nut shell, we lost our house in foreclosure, were almost evicted, ruined credit. Never filed or prepared a lawsuit for us. Now we cant evern reach him becuase his only phone number a cell is disconnected. His office is not longer thier and we are out 210000.00.
