I cannot say enough about Michelle and her team. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone she made me feel safe and secure. She walked me through the process and listened to all my concerns and fears. She was confident in getting exactly what I was going after and made it happen. She cared about... how I felt cared about the well being of myself, my children, and my family. I couldn't have made a better decision on a legal team. Michelle handled a medical case for me. She took over as my attorney over a year after the lawsuit was filed. (The prior attorney did not appear to be concerned with my case and had no communication with me.) Michelle quickly became conversant with my case and all the background information. Aft...er she had discussions with the opposing counsel, she determined that trying to reach a settlement would be the best course of action. Accordingly, we went through alternative dispute resolution. Michelle fully discussed the pros and cons of my case and the position of the defendant as well as making sure I was prepared for the dispute resolution process. When we met with the arbitrator, she was a strong advocate for my position. The process is stressful but she was calm and professional and made it easier for me to deal with the process. A settlement was reached with the best possible result for me and it was because Michelle argued my case so well and always kept my best interests in mind. She guided me through the process of taking care of the settlement papers. After Michelle received the funds, she throughly explained the expenses that were outstanding and ensured that all liabilities were paid before my check was issued. Later, when a government agency contacted me regarding possible amounts due to them for medical expense reimbursement, Michelle handled the matter and made sure the agency straightened out their records. The lawsuit was a very stressful situation for me, but her handling of the case made the process easier to deal with. Michelle Paul is highly professional and ethical, she cares about her clients, puts their interests first and keeps them fully informed. I highly recommend her.

I have known MIchelle for many years and always known her to be the best at what she does.
