Stefan Lee Seper

Mr. Seper serves as a California attorney who specializes in Business and Commercial litigation and Statutory claims.

In 2025, Mr. Seper secured a 12-0 Jury Verdict as First Chair for his Client against a major Company before the Honorable Kevin A Enright in a multiple day Jury Trial.
He likewise has extensive experience in dispositive motions, including Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings, anti-SLAPP, and Motions for Summary Judgment.

In his Career, Mr. Seper has represented undocumented individuals, fellow attorneys on trial, Americans with Disabilities, persons adjudicated as incompetent, and those who are accused.

During law school, colleagues demonstrated their level of respect for Mr. Seper when he was elected President of the Christian Legal Society. Mr Seper also proudly interned in the Office of General Counsel for one of the State's most diverse school districts in Chula Vista.

Mr. Seper continues to evolve with the law and society, taking courses in Artificial Intelligence in Discovery Practice and Gender Neutrality in Pleadings.

To this day, Mr. Seper volunteers 2-3 times per month as a delivery driver for Senior Citizens through Meals on Wheels of San Diego County and serves on his Church's Repair team at St. Didacus.
