Biography
Attorney Narciso Delgado-Cruz is an immigration attorney and the founder of The Cruz Law Office, APC. Born in Oaxaca, Mexico, Narciso immigrated to the United States with his family as a young child. The hardships his family encountered on their journey toward lawful status and U.S. citizenship inspired him to become an attorney and advocate for immigrants facing similar uncertainty.
Narciso focuses his practice on humanitarian immigration law, with particular emphasis on T Visas for survivors of labor trafficking, workplace exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of coercion. He also represents individuals and families seeking protection through VAWA, U Visas, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, waivers, and naturalization.
Many immigrants do not realize that serious mistreatment at work or in the home may support a humanitarian immigration case. Narciso and his legal team carefully investigate each client’s history—including unpaid wages, threats, abuse, isolation, immigration-related intimidation, and situations in which a person felt unable to leave—to identify potential legal protections that may have previously been overlooked.
Narciso earned his Bachelor of Arts in the History of Public Policy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He worked full-time throughout college and while attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He has practiced immigration law since becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 2011.
Before founding his own firm, Narciso practiced at Rudolph, Baker & Associates, where he received extensive training and mentorship from respected San Diego immigration attorneys. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and represents clients in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Narciso understands that immigration cases involve more than forms and legal arguments. They involve a person’s safety, family, future, and opportunity to rebuild their life. His approach combines careful legal analysis, thorough investigation, honest advice, and compassionate representation.
