Biography
Michael Goldfaden is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey, having successfully passed the Bar exam in each of those states. While most attorneys begin learning about the law in law school, Michael comes from a long line of personal injury attorneys in his family where law was taught to him as a second language. The son of Ronald Goldfaden, Esq., and brother to Brielle Goldfaden, Esq., Michael has worked on every type of serious and catastrophic injury case, beginning at a very young age.
After graduating cum laude from the University of Miami (FL) School of Law, Michael began serving the legal community in 2011, successfully negotiating settlements and trying cases on behalf of his clients while working at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, a top personal injury firm in Edison, NJ.
In addition to his success in the courtroom, Michael gives back to the San Diego legal community. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law where he teaches a class on Experiential Advocacy and coaches the University Mock Trial Team. He has also taught as a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocates (“NITA”).
