My client was involved in a rear-end car collision. He was at a complete stop, making a left-hand turn when he was suddenly struck from behind. After initially attempting to handle the claim himself, t ... he insurance company offered him a very small amount of money that would not even cover his medical bills. At that point, he asked for my help. We sued the insurance company for damages in an amount that, not only covered his medical bills, but compensated him for the pain and suffering he had to endure due to the collision.
