Andrew really cares about you as an individual, he's extremely knowledgable, and he is very strategic in his plan. All this while being extremely gracious to top it off. I reached out to Andrew on behalf of my 69-year-old mom who was let go from her job of 42 years due to her age She had no plans to retire anytime soon and isn't in a financial position to just stop working. Her company effectively singled her out for her age and told her she can no longer come into work because they feared of her possibly contracting COVID-19 and holding the company responsible. I reached out to Andrew for help and to get some clarity on what her options were. Being that the company cited COVID-19 as the reasoning for letting my mom go, it was a relatively new topic of discussion. Andrew spent over 3 hours speaking with me. He was incredibly detailed and I could tell that he was genuinely interested in my mom's situation. Sometimes, with other lawyers, you get the feeling that they are reading off of a script, but this is absolutely not the case with Andrew. Where to start! From the first call to the last email, he has been outstanding. If I ever had any questions about what was going on or where I stood with my case he was ALWAYS just a quick phone call away. Andrew is a prodigy when it comes to interpreting complex cases with lots of detailed moving parts, and arranging them into a cohesive, understandable story that retains its authenticity. He helped me in a legal matter when I had been retaliated against my employer, the DoD. Andrew took my evidence and got my case accepted for investigation - which looking back , we had a 0.6% shot. That says it all. He is also genuine, kind and intuitive, but disciplined and hard working. I recommend him to anyone I know that has a need for an attorney.
