Theron Spencer Covey III

Theron’s practice focuses on the areas of Bankruptcy and Real Estate Law.  He represents financial institutions in matters arising under Chapter 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.  He also represents property owners and financial institutions in foreclosure and unlawful detainer proceedings and in state court real property litigation matters.

Theron graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law where he was named to the Dean's list. For his academic achievement in Law School, Theron was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence Award along with a Scholarship Award in Taxation.  Theron obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from Oregon State University.  He is admitted to practice law in California and Oregon.  Theron is active in the legal and business community as a member of the bankruptcy and real property sections of the San Diego County Bar Association and the debtor-creditor section of Oregon State Bar.  He also belongs to local business groups in the San Diego community.
