Knowlegeable, efficient and personal

Ms. Kim was so professional and experienced in all areas of bankruptcy. She guided my personal bankruptcy from a chapter 11 and then to a chapter 7 to the best possible outcome while at the same time protecting my corporation from creditors. Bankruptcy - Chapter 7

Carolyn is a professional and knowledgeable attorney that was able to get me all the parenting time that I asked for from the court. She filed every thing timely with the court. Exceeded all my expectations!

I want to first mention I started my divorce in Nov 2020. Due to pandemic delays my petition did not move forward as fast as I would have liked. My lawyer at the time did not give me straight answers or guided me regarding the process. I had two court dates and my lawyer could not attend the hearings to assist me. As a result, I lost precious time and money that I can never get back. Finally, in April 2022 I decided to work with Kim Law Group. I was immediately impressed with Caroline’s work ethics. Most importantly, I wanted my case to be a priority for her. I wanted my lawyer to show up for me in court to help me get results. Caroline has filed all the necessary paperwork: RFOs, Discovery Requests, etc. We have not wasted time since she took my case. She is very clear regarding expectations and she takes my case seriously. I had a court date at the beginning of this month. Caroline exceeded all my expectations! She was ready, she knew all the details of my case and what I wanted to get out of the hearing. She had her notes up to date and when the judge asked her for specific details, she was able to provide, dates, times and name of the person whom she had spoken to regarding the issue. What a way to show up for her clients! The opposing lawyer could not refute any information Caroline provided the judge with because she had detailed notes about their conversations. The judge granted my bifurcation of marriage request. This was my first victory and I could not have done it without Caroline’s help! Unfortunately, there are some issues we need to go to trial to resolve. However, we already got the date of the trial and I feel confident Caroline will once again be there for me and get me results. My divorce has been stressful I do believe all divorces are but ever since Caroline represents me, I feel less stressed because Caroline is there for me 24/7. Great family attorney!

not sure where to start from, alot to share. Caroline Kim family Law attorney handled our child custody case. She literally took our initial case in a sunday, hours before court appearance, was not an easy road but in every court appearance she used to give her all and she always fought for my parental rights. Today finally after almost two years we feel lighter, less stress and super content and happy with our final court appearance. But more than anything much gratitud and appreciation towards her amd her firm. In my books Caroline is accomplishing with her mission in life very well. not only her knowledge, her confidence, her professionalism, her caring for other but yet her loyalty she has and keeps to her clients makes her different from many other attorneys out there. Efficient

Easy to talk to and very flexible with arranging appointments for meet-up, discussion, issue, etc. Easy to get in touch via phone and email. Her assistant Jessica was also patient in explaining things to me and they will always provide e-mail copies of documents needed to be signed so it saved me time from travelling to their office just for a signature. Best Lawyer Ever!

First and for most, in the beginning when I knew the other party was against me, I had to search right away for a really great lawyer with a good heart and I came across Caroline Kim on Yelp. Reading all the great reviews about her, I knew she was the one for me. If there was a rating above 5, I would definitely give her a 10. She works really hard, and she really fights for you when the other party is being a pain in the butt. She has a big heart, and she loves her clients, and cares about your case. She goes above and beyond what she does. Her staff are very proficient at what they do and very professional. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to fight for you, she is the one to hire. She also is reasonable about her pricing so that is a plus for me. There is no other attorney that I would look for, but her. I can trust her with anything. She is the best!! Hands down attorney you will ever find and meet.

She’s awesome !!

Yes she is!! I got sewed by my mother in law!! I was already going threw a horrible divorce and this was just another problem on top. Not knowing much of how to deal with situation I hired, Kim as my lawyer. She was very professional and aggressive lawyer just what I needed. It only took one court case to settle!! Finally!

My family law case was in bad shape and not in my favor and Caroline was able to help me fix it. It's easy finding someone to represent you, the hard part is finding someone who will actually fight for you. In the courtroom, when the time came to stand up and say something Caroline was able to do so with success multiple times. When the opportunities presented themselves, Caroline took them. She saw the best possible outcome and ran straight for it. My family is in a better spot now and we thank Mrs. Kim for the help. I wish to never return to court again, but if I do, I hope to have Mrs. Kim by my side.
