I am so grateful getting the help of Atty Susan in filing the petition for my mother. At first I thought I can do it on my own but then some instructions can be confusing and as well as which form to use. With hundreds of dollars for the processing fee, success is my only option and no one else but A...tty. Susan can make it happen. Making it the first time is always the way to go. The journey was not at all smooth sailing, as we get this feeling the USCIS are doing some delaying tactics, asking us some info or papers we already provided. Then came the hardest and important part. My birth certificate as well as my mother’s are both late entry or reconstructed. These situation happens all the time in the provinces , the original ones either not filed at all or destroyed by natural disasters. So the USCIS wanted evidences to prove my link to my mother, that I am her daughter and she is my mother. Without Atty. Susan’s assistance we were at a loss and hopeless, but she has all the answers to everything. So she gave us lists of documents we can use such as affidavit of witnesses etc. It seems it was “ no sweat” when Atty. Susan told us it was approved, and she didn’t stopped there. She is very friendly and approachable, handle things personally and very professional. So I have no qualms calling her anytime for any questions even I thought it is silly one, for all it is worth, nothing is simply silly if means getting my mother ASAP. And that is my help is simply super.
