With the excellent results of Stage 1 (K1 + K2 visas to enter the US), we retained Ms. Perez for Stage 2 (Application for permanent status - i.e. green card. I'm so glad we did. The results were the same - completion with quality and minimal stress. Ms. Perez speedily prepared and filed ou...r documents for submission to apply for permanent status. The result is that we are done!!! :) My wife and her two children arrived in the US early this year. A little context: - I'm an American US Citizen - Fiancee (K1) is a Filipino with two kids (K2) who were 16 and 18... years old at the start of our process - We were engaged 10 days before Covid hit Mar 2020 - Travel back and forth during the engagement was difficult Here's the key challenge: Fiancee and one child was detected to have traces of Tuberculosis forcing the imposed medical protocol and requiring shorter visa validity dates. BONUS: The child needed an extra 3 months of medication running past my fiancee's visa validity period. Whew! With all these challenges, we needed A LOT of prayer and trust in God to provide - and provide He did in the form of the best immigration attorney we could have hoped for. Ms. Perez was clear with her explanations allowing me to be informed to make the best decisions. She was patient with our situation giving us the calmness we needed to see this through. She was 100% accurate on information that mattered to ensure I did not make any mistakes in the process. 3 CSPA AGE OUT VISA ISSUED Brief background: Our case was handled by a previous attorney, however a year had passed no movement happened ever since , we were refused due to aged-out.
