He had not made 1 attempt to reach an 18 year old client. The client received Mr. Samimi's phone number from a relative who had opened a letter addressed to the client. The client had been in custody for 2 days before the letter was mailed to the clients home. The client requested a bail review as...ap but nothing had been done. Myself and client tried contacting Mr. Samimi several times and still he has yet to return either one of our calls. We considered retaining a different attorney. That attorney knows Mr. Samimi, contacted him and asked about the case. He told us Mr. Samimi explained to him that he has 8 other cases and that this client is not his priority right now. The client has been falsely accused and has been in custody for 2 weeks meanwhile two other gentlemen accused of the same offense for the same case were released today.
