Biography
I am a senior member of the broad-based litigation department of Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne. As one of the region's preeminent trial lawyers, I meet the litigation needs of clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.
I am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a former director of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and was named one of San Diego’s Top 10 Lawyers by the San Diego Daily Journal in 2005.
I have also been recognized as a San Diego Super Lawyer in 2007-2017 for my business litigation practice as well as my securities & corporate finance practice. I am also an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, teaching courses in trial advocacy and alternaitive dispute resolution.
