Schor Vogelzang LLP is an employment law firm dedicated to helping our clients create great places to work, by helping them develop lawful practices and systems that inspire performance and protect the Company from litigation. Our focus includes an emphasis first on prevention: the creation of clear expectations and systems of accountability, training of managers and employees on how to have effective communication toward shared expectations, and creation of policies and practices that reinforce those expectations.
