I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of progress in obtaining a green card or travel document for me. As a 72-year-old with health concerns, I have been clear about the need for regular checkups in my home country. Despite your assurances, none of this has... happened, and you have stopped responding to my emails. This situation has caused me immense stress and anxiety. I have had to visit the hospital multiple times without your support. Additionally, I was unable to be with my husband during his cancer treatment due to the lack of travel documents. As a result of your lies and promises, I now owe $60,000 to the hospital. I am at a loss for what to do and feel very let down. After a year and a half of waiting, the immigration department finally approved my case on July 24. Ten days later, they mailed my green card to you. It has now been two months, and you have not contacted me to inform me that you have received it. I recently found out from the immigration department that you have, in fact, received my green card. They provided me with a tracking number that confirms this. When I came to pick it up, you lied and said you did not have it. I am very disappointed with your lack of communication and honesty.

My situation was very complex and after speaking with several different attorneys whom stated that I had a very slim chance of approval due to my criminal history, Rayana was very optimistic from the gate.
