Patrick Dudley

I hired Patrick Dudley AFTER observing (extensively) how this counselor navigated a former business partner of mine through his (felony indicted) criminal case. Patrick was successful in getting this defendants felony indictment reduced to a simple misdemeanor charge with no prison and a reasonable p...robation period . That wasn't even the reason why I hired him. As a self employed entrepreneur of 25 years I have owned several companies and in my role with those companies I have had to hire attorneys for a lot of reasons (business & personal) and I know that they are not all cut from the same cloth. Integrity (of billing) is hard to find. Guts, and qualified experience are hard to find. Patrick has that blue-collar (sleeves rolled up) legal persona that makes you feel like you've got someone in the trenches with you ready to help you fight for your legal rights. He is professional, plain-speaking about what you can or can't do in your legal strategy....and if its something other than black/white he will help you understand the legal risks of the murky path. He is also likable. He knew the judge involved in the criminal case involving my former business partner; the judge smiled at him and greeted him, which certainly made me feel better about my possibilities because that was the judge in my case as well. I hired Patrick specifically to reduce or improve my probation instructions and the price point was fair and agreed to up front by us both. We also agreed to what we would be requesting from the Judge specifically and what would be a realistic goal for me in getting some leniency on my probation instructions. In a few short weeks we got exactly everything we requested. How? Patrick first got the US Attorney assigned to my case to agree that he would not challenge our request. Second, he spoke with and got the same agreement from my Probation Officer. I credit his likability and professional demeanor to getting them on board with this. He did all of that up front and so the judge determined that this request was a simple thing for him to approve. I am a happy client and I am benefitting from his hire. Patrick, you made my life and my family's life easier with this success we had together and I thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Patrick and I’m not just saying that because he got my case dismissed. There are a lot of attorneys that say they will fight for you but Mr. Dudley brings a whole new meaning to “fight” he really stuck by my side through my 2 1/2 year fight to c...lear my name of a wrongfully accused crime. I’m not going to lie it was not easy for the both of us but no matter what Mr. Dudley continued to press forward and fight for my innocence no matter how discouraged him or I got. This case has been one of the worst and most humbling experiences I have ever been through and I truly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support of an attorney like Patrick. Not only was he an attorney but he brings the true meaning to “counselor” there were times I would lose faith in the outcome and no matter what I was treated not only as a client but as a true friend. He was there to lead me through whatever was to lie ahead, that in it self is something I could never and would never expect from any other attorney out there. Not to mention after $100,000 bail there was not a lot left in my savings account after this ordeal was in full motion and I was not sure if I was able to afford a lawyer after what some other lawyers were quoting me but Patrick was very willing to work with me and didn’t seem worried about the money like all the other lawyers I spoke with were, he just wanted to do the right thing and help out someone he knew was getting something they didn’t deserve. In my case there were experts needed which we all know are very expensive but Mr. Dudley worked with my budget and made the most of what finances were available to us and was even able to be successful on a budget, the bottom line is I needed more money to fight my case fairly against the state but somehow Patrick was able to make it work with what we had and at the end of the day he was still victorious, thanks to his chess like strategy’s. I can’t say thank you enough to Patrick Dudley and all he has done for me and others I know as well. He came very highly recommend by a very special person to me and I would recommend Patrick to anyone close to me and anyone else for that matter, as far as criminal defense attorneys it just dose not get better then Patrick Dudley.

I highly recommend hiring Patrick as an attorney! Before hiring him, I consulted with a few other criminal attorneys. No one gave me hope or offered the help I was looking for, but during my first five minute consultation via phone call he was able to assure me that he can handle my case easily with... the best outcome possible. I was charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors. Over the course of a few months and four trips to the court house, he kept in contact with me and always responded to any calls and emails. He answered all the questions I had, and guided me through the court process. With the help of Patrick I was able to move from felony court down to misdemeanor court. He was able to help me get my charges dropped down to one simple misdemeanor. Also, he worked out a miracle deal with my judge, which will result in my charges being dropped by the end of 2018. I cannot thank him enough for working so hard on my case and for all the dedication he put towards helping my family and I! He is one of the best attorneys out there.

We live in Texas and needed to hire a CA attorney to defend our son, who was wanted for 2 felonies. After interviewing a few attorney's over the phone we decided to hire Patrick. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Not only did Patrick negotiate effectively with the DA, he was available and... very patient in discussing our sons case over many phone calls. The total process took 3 trips to court. Patrick met with us the night before the first court appearance and was always available to answer our questions. After the judge made her decision and we left court most lawyers would have been outta there. Patrick went to Probation Office with our son to meet with the P.O. to make sure everything was handled properly. Just this process took over an hour.
