His team was able to support all of my questions and concerns, and they worked wel...l with my fiancé's attorney. For those considering working with Counterpoint Legal for prenuptial agreements, you might consider finding a law practice that specializes in this area. The law is complex, and I feel like Morgan's team, while helpful and attentive, relied on my fiancé's lawyer, who specializes in family law, to do a lot of the heavy lifting. His team provided the general framework, using a what seemed to be standard template for prenups. However, with regard to crucial aspects of the agreement, my fiancé's lawyer provided advice for how we could structure the intent of the agreement, and also documented clear examples of legal precedent that supported our intent and bolstered the legal grounding of our agreement. A minor point of feedback for Morgan's team: Be more detail-oriented where grammar, style, and formatting of documents is concerned.

I appreciate the call back from a paralegal, however, the conversation was bizarre and unprofessional. I've been using a file backup service for several years, and now that I need the backup, the company is refusing to give me access to my files. The paralegal asked for the name of the company and lo...oked it up online while I was on the phone. In a condescending tone, she said "This company doesn't even have an address! If we did something to help you, where would we even send a letter?!". She asked several strange questions and her complete lack of empathy or understanding led me to assume they were not interested. I told her it was ok if they weren't interested, but she insisted that wasn't the case. She asked if I had email correspondence to share. Of course I do. I told her earlier in the conversation I had 60 emails. Honestly, though, if the paralegal is telling me they don't know where to send a letter if they had to send a letter after a minute of looking online, I'm not comfortable continuing the conversation. I'm already going through a very difficult time losing all of my files from 2008 through 2019. I'm losing a lot of money, and I feel like I'm living in a nightmare. It's unprofessional and just plain mean to treat someone who is already going through something extremely stressful the way this woman treated me. I don't understand.

In the contract I signed with this firm it clearly states that the reason for my having engaged this firm is to REPRESENT me and provide legal services. Now after a year of Morgan dragging his feet and unduly delaying to file this legal matter entrusted to him, he wants out of the contract without ...even deigning to ensure that I have other counsel. I call him out on his failure to complete his obligations towards me and he sends me a termination letter. Furthermore, he has no justification to terminate our agreement as I have not failed my obligations per our signed contract towards him, which is the only way he can terminate services per this contract.
