Mr. Ross, Stephanie and Maureen are a fantastic firm. Look no further if your wanting help with a legal issue. I contacted Mr. Ross in Dec 2018. I left a message and as soon as they returned my call is was a go, for both of us. He said we definitely have a case in our hands. I felt relieved, fin...ally I had someone who understood our frustration. Here is a little short story of what our scenario was. We had our truck in the Ford dealership sitting for a little more than 6 months on and off with no answers. I was still paying for my monthly truck payment with no one resolving or fixing the problem. Since the car was only going to be 2 years old in June of that year, I thought I had a lemon in my hands. At one time it sat for a little over 3 months. Mr. Ross explained to us that we had a legal case after all the neglect we were getting from Ford and false promises. Not so much a Lemon, but I was very hopeful, especially with all the information he was telling me. Mr. Ross and his amazing staff got on it and within 2 weeks Ford received a letter of demand on our behalf. Call and emails between me and the firm were returned in no time. They were always their for questions. It all together took about a little more than 3 months to get it resolved, but he did it!! I was all worth it. We were granted what we deserved.
