I felt relieved, fin...ally I had someone who understood our frustration. Here is a little short story of what our scenario was. We had our truck in the Ford dealership sitting for a little more than 6 months on and off with no answers. I was still paying for my monthly truck payment with no one resolving or fixing the problem. Since the car was only going to be 2 years old in June of that year, I thought I had a lemon in my hands. At one time it sat for a little over 3 months. Mr. Ross explained to us that we had a legal case after all the neglect we were getting from Ford and false promises. Morgan Ross, assisted very competently and professionally by Stephanie Eaton, recently resolved my landlord/tenant dispute that had been dragging on for the better part of 6 months. My landlord was attempting to keep my entire security deposit, blaming me for anything and everything related to t...he house - a blatant attempt to mimic the ethos of the modern-day banking industry: socialize losses and privatize gains. So many landlords these days view the “security deposit” as an automatic gratuity for “allowing” you to occupy a residence and have this warped notion that the home should somehow be in better condition after your tenancy than when you entered into the lease. Fight these greedy landlords... and when you do, use Morgan Ross. Morgan plowed into my case head-on and worked with me to push back against my landlord and his unjust cash grab. I very much appreciate the advice and insight I received from Morgan and his team and I could not be happier about the final result: a complete and total return of my security deposit.
