I felt relieved, fin...ally I had someone who understood our frustration. Here is a little short story of what our scenario was. We had our truck in the Ford dealership sitting for a little more than 6 months on and off with no answers. I was still paying for my monthly truck payment with no one resolving or fixing the problem. Since the car was only going to be 2 years old in June of that year, I thought I had a lemon in my hands. At one time it sat for a little over 3 months. Mr. Ross explained to us that we had a legal case after all the neglect we were getting from Ford and false promises. Not so much a Lemon, but I was very hopeful, especially with all the information he was telling me. Morgan Ross, assisted very competently and professionally by Stephanie Eaton, recently resolved my landlord/tenant dispute that had been dragging on for the better part of 6 months.
