Mr. Osman and Ms. Atherly make a fantastic team. I used their services for a sexual harassment case. They both represented me with vigor and competence against my previous employer. While "working" my wrongful termination case, Mark Osman's demeanor throughout the time I retained him was pleasant but evasive and not confident. He initially said I had a strong case but quickly then switched when he spoke to the employer in an initial attempt to settle. After the employer indicate...d they would not settle he wanted to quit. On at least two occasions he suggested that I retain another attorney then recanted after I informed him to put this in writing. He would continually tell me that he would work hard on my case and what a good lawyer he is. Mr. Osman gave off a vibe of not being transparent and at one point even remarked that he should not have to inform me of "every Iittle thing" about my case. I also felt that our conversations were being recorded and when I inquired about this he denied it. The end for me was when he wanted me to use him to file a case with the state (you don't need a lawyer to do this) because he was too intimidated by the employers opposing lawyers. Fortunately I fired him before investing too much energy, time and money. Lazy is the only word I can think of his "efforts." If you want a transparent, confident lawyer that will fight for your rights I would bypass Mark Osman. If you want a nice guy then Mark is your man.

In life, when unexpected things happen, and you need an attorney, especially an employment attorney, this can become an overwhelming task especially, trying to find one who not only understands the law, but also has the innate ability to put themselves in your shoes. Such is the case for attorney Mar...k Osman. My particular case was complex and yet Mark had the ability to peel back the onion and focus on an outcome that was not only fair but just. I was simply amazed at Mark’s intellect and knowledge of the law. I watch him go up against powerhouse attorneys and come out winning. I have known a lot of attorneys in my life. But I must say of the dozens that I have been acquainted with, Mark stands out for his integrity kindness and empathy. When you hire him it will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.

Mark and his assistant, Katie Atherly, helped me in a case against my former employer where I was owed a substantial amount of unpaid commissions.
