I am writing to strongly advise you not to retain Mariza Lockhart as legal counsel. She came through a fake recommendation from facebook in San Diego real estate group . I had a real estate case with her for over four years, during which I experienced repeated negligence, lack of communication, and... behavior that I believe constitutes bad faith and professional misconduct. In my opinion, she is not a trustworthy attorney and does not act in the best interest of her clients. After years of frustration and lack of progress, I have been left with no choice but to terminate her services and pursue a new legal representative. I am more than willing to share documented evidence and communications that clearly reflect the extent of her unprofessional conduct.
