Biography
Mr. Geller has practiced criminal law for over 40 years. His cases range from standard DUI cases and other misdemeanors to complex federal felonies. Mr. Geller is well known in all courts in San Diego County, including Superior Courts in Vista, El Cajon, Clairmont, Chula Vista, San Marcos, downtown San Diego, Juvenile court and Federal (United States District) Court. Mr. Geller has practiced in Federal Courts in California, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Iowa, Virginia and Washington D.C. He has experience in white collar litigation, narcotics defense, immigration crimes, tax and Social Security fraud, as well as bribery and government contracting. Mr Geller works with colligues throughout the United States.
